I thought about titling this page, "Fuck off, Leave Now, Never Come Back" but someone might be reading it because they're intellectually curious and not because they're a dickhead, so this page is directed at that type of visitor, with a bit of sarcasm and parody. If you are actually concerned about the legality of this site, think you can sue me for violating a copyright or otherwise want to fuck with me because you're pissed off about something I've written or used on this site, you can:

I use the old Usenet method, afoaf, to make this website possible. I write and photograph everything, send it by good old snail mail to a friend in another state from my Usenet days who puts it into website form and then sends it to one of their friends who doesn't really know me except by reputation, who gets it uploaded to the web server. So you will never be able to find out who the true author is... and why would you? I'm not doing a fucking thing wrong or using anything that's not mine or has not been created by me, or is "copyrightable", so you have no reason to have any legal or privacy issues with this website whatsoever.

If there was ever a case of Fair Use, this is it.

Legal Issues

If you are a law enforcement officer, for God's sake you can't be serious? I've never sold any drug in my entire fucking life and if you've actually read what I've written, you'll know I had the opportunity down in Miami to sell either cannabis or cocaine on a fairly large and profitable scale and did not do it. I didn't do it then and I'm not doing it now. Why would you even care about what's on this website? I'm not enticing anyone to commit illegal activities, selling seeds, facilitating those who do or anything else that should concern you. I'm just explaining to our kids, grandkids and great-grandkids what I've done and why.

I know I'm engaging in illegal activities by cultivating cannabis in my current state but other than this one activity, I've been a law-abiding citizen at my current residence for almost 40 years now. I've taken care of numerous law enforcement and first responders in my career as a respiratory therapist and you'd never know I use cannabis. But sometimes, after work, when a kid has got their fucking head crushed from a MVA and I've had to reach down and physically grab their goddamn trachea and insert a #6 ET and bag 'em until the Doc pronounces 'em, I want to go home and not think about the fucking devastation of the human body I've just seen. I want to relax after a hard day at work, just like you. I don't come home, drink beer, fight with the kids, shoot guns and beat my wife; I just vaporize the flowers of a naturally occurring plant.

Privacy Issues

I am much more concerned with my privacy and legal rights than yours but let me state this from the outset; I'm not selling a fucking thing. I don't collect any personal information about you because, quite frankly, I don't give a shit. I know it's possible to get your IP address, what browser you are using, whether you're on a phone or computer, how you got here, that sort of thing, but I don't. Again, I don't give a shit.

Whether you visit this site or not is of no consequence to me, so whatever you see and read on this site is your own fucking business, not mine. I'm not tracking you, putting cookies on your computer or doing anything else that I wouldn't want done to me when I visit a website. I don't care where you come from before you visit this site and I don’t care where you go afterward.

I don't want your email address to send you spam, I don' t want you to click on a link to buy something so I'll get a small cut (sort of like pinching a lid before it got sold back in the 70's), I don' t even want you to Like me on Facebook or Follow me on Twitter. Honest to God, I really don't give a shit.

I expect the same consideration from you. I am only in contact with people who I want to be in contact with and you, inquisitive reader, are not in that category.

So just leave me the fuck alone and let me do my thing.
